Great Rooms - Master Suite @ $110, Sunshine Room @ $79, and Guest Room @$69 (based on single occupancy) Add $25 for additional person.
Monthly rates (30 days or longer) apply for the rooms. Guest room $600. Sunshine room, single occupant $700, two occupants $800, Master suite 1100. There is no rebate if you select the monthly rate and leave prior to the 30 day period. Whole house rental is not an option. Rental of the three rooms and the sitting areas is. This house is not small child friendly. No pets are permitted in the house. It is a non smoking facility. Alcohol is only permitted in your room. Please use discretion.
Hand and/or foot anointing $45 (20 minutes)
Breakfast: $10 per person
Lunch: $25 for sit down or $15 for packed lunches pre ordered
Dinner: Farmhouse supper just like Grandma's $25 per person . Includes main course(meat, carbohydrate, two or more vegetables in generous portions), beverage.
Or choose the gourmet dinner: $50 per person includes appetizer OR soup OR salad, main course, dessert, and 2 beverages. Appetizers ordered separately are $12, soup $8 (cup) and salad $10 (side). Dessert separately is $9. Must be preordered. PLEASE ADVISE US OF ANY DIETARY RESTRICTIONS OR MEDICAL CONDITIONS REQUIRING SPECIAL FOOD PREPARATION. Must be preordered the day before.
Catered meetings for up to 8. Coffee, juice, water, tea and muffins, OR cookies OR fruit plate. $20 per person.
Baking: 1 pound loaf $12, small cake $11, muffins $3 each, cupcakes $3 each, cookies $2 each. other on request. Gluten free, organic or sugar and egg free, add 50%.
Laundry: Wash, dry, fold $11 per load. There is no on site laundry for guest use.
Ironing: $8 per item
We do not offer dry cleaning, sorry.

Terms: All rooms must be booked with a credit card. No charges will apply until check out. Cancellation of the room must be within 24 hours of the booked time or a 25% surcharge may apply. By agreeing to our terms, a damage deposit of $250 may be applied for breakage, theft, or disrespect and messes (for cleaning fees and replacement items). For other damages, charges may apply.
We ask that you treat our Inn as you would your home. We try to recycle and receptacles are provided. Please hang your towels and reuse them. If you are staying more than a few days, please indicate when you wish your bedding and towels changed, otherwise it is done once a week. Please do not put anything down the toilet except paper, as the Inn is on a septic sewage system. If you are not comfortable with large dogs, please indicate this prior to arrival so they can be restrained.
Keys are provided for your room(s). Moose Hills Inn is not responsible for lost or damaged personal goods or items in your vehicles. Please lock your doors if you have something to protect. Please leave your key in the drawer at the front foyer upon your departure.
Moose Hills Inn is not permitted to transport guests at all.
The kitchen in the Inn falls under the same rules and guidelines as a commercial kitchen anywhere, therefore guests are not permitted in the kitchen and cannot use the fridge or stove. There are small fridges for guest use, and a microwave for your convenience. The Inn cannot store outside food in the main fridge due to regulations.
COFFEE, TEA AND WATER ARE COMPLIMENTARY. Other beverages are on the honour system.
Please respect the farm animals. No initial entry to the farmyard is permitted without a guide. Tours are $10 per person and require booking. The Fat Ewe Farm has 7 dogs, all large and overly friendly, after a proper introduction. Robbie loves to play fetch with a stick or ball and the others just love to hang out. Please indicate if you are not comfortable with dogs.
